Provide a top-notch guest experience through proper care and handling of all linens to make our guests feel at home. The Laundry Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure a constant supply of fresh and clean linens for the entire property.

What You Will Work On

• Strip, sort, and treat linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness standards
• Ensure all laundry is cleaned by machine standards and cleaning agents
• Sort, fold, and hang clean and dried items
• Manage inventory and stock levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Maintain laundry equipment and report maintenance needs
• Assist in cleaning guest items as needed
• Provide basic housekeeping support, including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Provide onsite guest support and handle requests with high-quality customer service
• Work with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations
• Follow health and safety rules and company practices
• Ensure the property is guest-ready
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain reliable attendance

Who You Will Work With

The Laundry Attendant reports to the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle items, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance. Frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
