Job summary

Fairfield Inn and Suites Milwaukee Downtwon is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. You will assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies as requested.

Responsibilities include sorting linens, treating stains, loading washers with cleaning agents, drying, folding or hanging items, and maintaining inventory while communicating needs to the General Manager. Comprehensive benefits and work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to sort and treat stains on linens.
• Experience operating industrial laundry equipment preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow directions.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel. They are also responsible for assisting with inventory control and ordering of supplies when requested.

• Sort all linens and treat stains
• Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents
• Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
• Sort and fold or hang clean dried items
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to General Manager
