Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a Laundry Attendant in Maryville, TN to provide the finest linens to all property locations and uphold our guest-focused standards. Responsibilities include sorting, washing, ironing, folding linens, and loading the delivery van, with attention to company policies and consistent attendance.

Pay range is $15–$17 hourly based on experience. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role supports standing for long periods and lifting up to 80 lbs in a laundry

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing the finest linens to all property locations. The Laundry Attendant will also maintain the quality and standards set out by the expectations of our guests.

Pay Range: $15 - $17 hourly based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Sort dirty hotel linens and towels
• Wash and dry hotel linens and towels
• Iron and fold sheets and table linens
• Fold towels
• Load delivery van

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.

This position requires a valid Driver’s License.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to communicate with all levels of Team Members and Guests in a professional and courteous manner

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge and understanding of basic math

REASONING ABILITY

• Must be able to work with hot presses and steam in the laundry facility
