Job summary

Raines Co. invites applications for a Laundry Attendant role. The incumbent will ensure clean linens are supplied to the hotel, maintain a safe laundry area, and assist room attendants as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience housekeeping/janitorial in a hotel or commercial setting.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to requests.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment in laundry area.
• Assisting room attendants as needed, stripping rooms, bringing supplies, taking out garbage.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Restocking chemicals and/or supplies.
• Follow all health and safety rules.
• Attends meetings as required.

The Laundry Attendant is responsible with ensuring clean linens are supplied to the entire hotel.

Essential Job Functions
