Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment to clean and finish linens, towels, uniforms, and other items used throughout the property.
• Sort, load, and unload laundry by fabric type, color, and level of soil; pre-treat stains as necessary.
• Fold, stack, and distribute clean linens and garments to proper storage or usage areas.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, damage, or wear and report issues to supervisor for replacement or repair.
• Ensure laundry room and equipment is clean, organized, and maintained according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment to clean and finish linens, towels, uniforms, and other items used throughout the property

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
