Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform cleaning and laundering tasks in accordance with brand and sustainability standards, ensuring high guest satisfaction. The role supports the housekeeping team and may include shift work, standing for long periods, and handling cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities include sorting and pre-treating linen, operating washers/dryers, stocking towels, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while contributing to guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
