Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure a continuous supply of clean linens for guest rooms and hotel operations. You will wash, dry, fold, and organize linens in line with company standards while supporting housekeeping and cross-training across departments.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linens and inspect for stains, damage, or excessive wear.
• Load washers and dryers per capacity and temperature guidelines.
• Fold, stack, and organize clean linen meeting quality standards.
• Remove lint and debris from dryers after each cycle to ensure efficiency and fire safety.
• Monitor laundry chemical levels and replace containers as needed.
• Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, or linen shortages to supervisor.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and help ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room with clear walkways, swept/mopped floors, and dusted surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning products and adhere to chemical safety protocols.
• Greet guests encountered during your shift with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Support Housekeeping by cross-training and assisting with houseperson and room attendant duties.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill linen or laundry-related requests.
• Follow hotel policies for reporting and turning in lost and found items.
• Comply with safety and security procedures, including key control and emergency response.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance per company standards.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Load washers and dryers in accordance with machine capacity and temperature guidelines.
• Fold, stack, and organize clean linen, ensuring it meets company quality standards before storing or distributing.
• Remove lint and debris from dryers aftereach cycle to ensure efficiency and fire safety.
• Monitor laundry chemical levels and replace empty containers as needed.
• Report any machine malfunctions, maintenance needs, or linen shortages to your supervisor immediately.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and help ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry room by keeping walkways clear, sweeping/mopping floors, and dusting surfaces.
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning products and adhere to chemical safety protocols.
• Greet guests encountered during your shift with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds independently.
• This position requires being on your feet for the majority of the shift, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, lifting, pulling, pushing, twisting, and repetitive use of arms and hands.
• Must be able to climb stairs and navigate around the property throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and remain productive under pressure.
• Must be able to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoor elements as needed.
