Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team. You will retrieve soiled linens, operate washing and drying equipment, and fold and stock clean linen for guest rooms and public areas.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to multitask and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong team player with commitment to guest satisfaction and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve dirty linens from housekeeping.
• Wash, dry, and fold linens to prepare clean stock.
• Ensure linen inventory is stocked and organized.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retrieves dirty linens from housekeeping
• Separates linens by type and pre-treats stains
• Ensures dirty linens are properly washed and dried
• Folds and stacks clean linen on linen carts
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• One (1) year in Housekeeping rolepreferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards
