Job summary

Taney County Partnership in Branson, MO, is seeking a Laundry Attendant to start immediately. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the resort's laundry facilities, ensuring towels and linens are clean, folded, and ready for guests and staff.

The role requires reliable customer service, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods. Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating laundry equipment and fabric care.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers and dryers to clean linen and towels.
• Apply stain removal methods and fabric care.
• Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage before processing.
• Sort, fold, and store laundry items.
• Prepare linen bags for next-day departures with fresh linens.

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to start immediately. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the resort’s laundry facilities. You will ensure all laundry items are cleaned, folded and ready to use by guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment, including washers and dryers, to clean linen and towels.
• Use appropriate methods for stain removal and fabric care.
• Inspect laundry items for stains, tears or other damage before processing.
• Sort and fold laundry items and put them in their designated storage areas.
• Prepare linen bags for next-day departures, ensuring guests have fresh linens during their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals including use, storage and disposal methods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role desired.
