Job summary

White Lodging seeks a dedicated Laundry Attendant to deliver premium laundry services across our hotel portfolio. You will operate washers and dryers, fold linen, and maintain clean, organized laundry areas to ensure guests experience the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-service mindset, initiative, and a willingness to complete training for certification. This on-site role offers daily-pay options and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service and anticipating guest needs.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 10 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality laundry service and exceed guest expectations.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment per procedures and checklists.
• Load/unload washers and dryers without overloading.
• Fold linen using procedures and assist with folding equipment as needed.
• Stock and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• The laundry attendant will always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures, like the laundry room checklist.
• Properly load and unload washers and dryers being careful not to overload either machine.
• Fold linen in accordance with established procedures and use a folding machine and feed ironer if needed
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• The laundry attendant will have the experience and desire to give guests the best service.
• Ability to take initiative and self-motivated
• A certification sign off after completing training
• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
