Job summary

NHS Management, LLC is seeking a Laundry Aide to support long-term care residents in Fayetteville, AR. This full-time role keeps residents comfortable by ensuring clean clothing, fresh linens, and a tidy living environment.

You’ll work with a caring team to deliver dignity and quality of life. Responsibilities include operating commercial laundry equipment, following infection control procedures, and assisting housekeeping and nursing staff as needed.

What You'll Do

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens
• Ensure clothing and linens are returned to the appropriate resident or department
• Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department
• Follow all infection control, safety, and laundry handling procedures
• Assist housekeeping and nursing staff in meeting resident needs
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
