North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide to join our housekeeping team in a full-time capacity. You will be responsible for washing, drying, and folding laundry, while maintaining a clean and organized laundry area to support patient and resident care.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
• Ensure all laundry is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Restock linen closets and supply areas as needed.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless laundry operations.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry processing and inventory management.
