Job summary

Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide for weekend shifts Saturday/Sunday 2p-10p. You will be responsible for handling and processing resident laundry to keep clothing and linens clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities include washing, drying, folding, ironing and sorting items, maintaining a tidy laundry area, and collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth operations while following all facility policies.

• Process and wash, dry, fold, and iron resident laundry in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure all laundry is washed, dried, and folded accurately and in compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including the laundry room, sorting areas, and storage spaces
• Sort and prioritize laundry items, including soiled items, linens, and personal belongings
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment
