Job summary

Caprock Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Laundry Staff Member to support residents by keeping linens and clothing clean, well-maintained, and ready for use. You will clean, fold, organize, and deliver items while maintaining a tidy laundry area and following safety guidelines.

You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with staff to ensure residents’ comfort and hygiene.

Your Impact as a Laundry Staff Member

In this role, you will:

• - Wash & Dry Laundry : Utilize both household and industrial laundry equipment to clean resident and facility linens and clothing.
• - Fold & Organize Linens : Fold and stack linen neatly, ensuring proper storage and distribution.
• - Deliver Clean Linens : Ensure linens and laundry are delivered promptly to resident rooms and facility areas.
• - Maintain Cleanliness : Keep laundry areas and equipment clean and in good working condition.
• - Handle Chemicals Safely : Use approved laundry detergents and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• - Assist Residents : Deliver clothing directly to residents' rooms and ensure items are handled with care .
