Complete Care at Holiday is seeking a friendly Laundry Aide to join our team and help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for residents and visitors. We value motivation, compassion, and reliability in every shift.

Experience is not required, but preferred; on-the-job training is provided. You will operate laundry equipment, sort linens, deliver clean items, and follow safety procedures while supporting staff and residents with a caring attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Laundry experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts.
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linen into dryers.
• Folds clean, dry linen and places into carts.
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers
• Proceeds to fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory
• Washes, dries, folds and distributes customer clothing
• Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat orderly and safe manner
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
• Delivers laundry as specified
• Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights

Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc
• Ability to work independently
• Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel
• Laundry experience is a plus
