Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a part-time Laundry Aide to support housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents. The role involves vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, dusting surfaces, and linen handling as part of daily routines.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, sit/stand/move as required, and work the stated shift. This is a team-oriented, supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to regularly sit, kneel, stand, walk and talk, read or hear.
• Must be able to daily use housekeeping supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping in residents' rooms: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and dusting cleared surfaces.
• Collects community resident linens and transports clean/soiled linen to housekeeping.
• Keeps hallways and common areas clean as directed by supervisor.
• Transports linen and assists with laundry as needed.
