Yona Solutions in New Brighton, MN is seeking a friendly Laundry Aide to maintain clean linen and clothing for residents and staff. You will operate washers and dryers, sort and stock linen, and deliver laundry with care.

Responsibilities

• Transport laundry containers and linen carts.
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sort and load soiled and clean linen.
• Fold, stock, and distribute clean linen and clothing.
• Maintain accurate linen inventory records.
• Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Deliver laundry items to residents as requested.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate service to residents and families.

Responsibilities:

• Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers
• Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers
• Proceeds to fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory
• Washes, dries, folds and distributes customer clothing
• Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat orderly and safe manner
• Follows all company policies and procedures
• Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
• Delivers laundry as specified
• Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights

• Laundry experience is a plus
