The role supports our facility culture and ensures compliance with regulations while helping residents maintain independence and comfort through attentive cleaning and laundry tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous nursing home or healthcare setting experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred when applicable.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide who is resident-centered, supportive of families, and eager to help strengthen our facility culture. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a key part in enhancing resident independence, comfort, and overall quality of life through exceptional housekeeping and laundry services. Must have great admiration to clean and dedication to sanitation. Good attitude is needed.

Bilingual is a plus.
