Job summary

Gas South, LLC. is seeking a curious and adaptable Junior Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in data analytics during the Summer Internship Program.

You will work full time from May through August 2027 on projects that support business priorities and interact with stakeholders across the organization. You will analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and participate in market research to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Rising junior or rising senior during Summer 2027.
• Interest in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Available to work full time May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze company, customer, operational, or market data to identify trends and insights.
• Support reports, dashboards, models, and process improvements using Excel, SQL, Power BI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decisions.
• Monitor business metrics and prepare summaries for team and leadership.
• Collaborate with partners to gather information and develop practical solutions.
• Prepare project documentation and data flow materials.
• Assist with data collection, validation, organization, and quality checks.
• Present project findings and recommendations at the internship end.
