You are a fully licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s or higher, and you hold LPC/LPCC/LCPC licensure, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. Headway supports you as you grow by taking insurance and serving more clients.

Qualifications

• Fully-licensed Professional Counselor at a Master’s level or above with LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S licensure (state‑dependent).
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Willingness to start or grow a private practice taking insurance.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing for insurance networks across states, in as little as 30 days.
• Maintain licensure, malpractice insurance, and NPI compliance.
• Help clients join Headway and grow their private practice on the platform.
