Qualifications

• MSW and MHC from an accredited program; commutable NYC or NJ residency; NYS licensure/permit required.
• Must have private practice or direct clinical therapy role during graduate school placements and/or after graduate school.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured 4-year mentorship model with serial supervision.
• Build and manage a private practice caseload while completing supervised hours.
• Prepare for independent practice with panel ownership and business training.
• Participate in practice operations, marketing, and client development activities.
