Job summary

Ameritech Construction is hiring recent graduates and soon-to-be graduates for a paid, hands-on Marketing & Customer Engagement opportunity in the DMV area. You will engage customers at live events, support campaigns, and learn how marketing and lead generation work in the real world.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates in marketing, communications, business, sales, events, or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; training and coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at live events, retail locations, and community activations.
• Engage directly with potential customers and create meaningful conversations.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives.
• Generate and qualify leads through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Assist with customer follow-up and engagement.
• Help execute marketing and promotional campaigns across the DMV.
• Work alongside experienced marketing and events team members.
• Learn how to track results and contribute to measurable campaign performance.
