Building Block Resolutions (BBR) offers ABA services to children across home, school, and clinic settings in Harbor City, CA. The role provides direct 1:1 intervention, implements behavior support plans, and adapts to changing schedules with professional composure.

Training and supervision support, plus growth toward full-time opportunities, are highlighted. Eligible candidates should be compassionate, positive, eager to learn, and reliable with transportation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism


• Implement behavior support strategies and treatment programs as designed


• Respond to challenging situations with professionalism and composure


• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software


• Provide services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate and dedicated to supporting children and their families


• Able to remain positive and effective when facing challenges


• Eager to develop new skills and grow professionally


• Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans


• Previous ABA experience is welcome but not mandatory


• Educational background in psychology, education, or a related discipline is advantageous


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule in Harbor City, CA:
Afternoon shift: Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
