Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands (CCF) is hosting in-person opportunities at Bluffton, SC. This role focuses on friendly customer service, transaction processing, and cross-brand growth opportunities across our eleven brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Background check required per law.
• Ability to stand and move within store; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to drive repeat business.
• Process financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Educate customers on financial services and manage accounts.
• Participate in in-store/community events and marketing.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow training and security protocols and cash drawer management.
