Fifth Third Bank in Carmel, Indiana is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I program. Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, then progress toward a Retail Personal Banker role focused on consultative sales and customer relationship building within Financial Centers or Bank Marts.

Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, meeting production goals, and maintaining customer trust while adhering to policy

Competenze

College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities and cross-sell to customers.
Ability to analyze financial information and explain solutions to customers.

Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
