Job summary

Ourisman Kia Chantilly is seeking energetic Lot Attendants / Porters / Valets to join our dealership team. This entry-level role offers a solid pathway into the automotive service business with a friendly crew and real opportunities to advance.

You will park and retrieve vehicles, greet customers, inspect loaners, keep the lot clean and organized, and support the service department as needed. The position offers day and evening shifts, competitive pay, and scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Parking and retrieving customer and dealership vehicles
• Greeting customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Checking in and out loaner vehicles with customers
• Inspecting loaners to ensure they are clean and have adequate fuel
• Cleaning and maintaining the lot
• Basic building/lot upkeep and keeping areas clean and organized
• Other support duties as assigned to keep the service department running smoothly
