Job summary

Heartland ABA in Pleasantville, IA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clients’ homes and community settings.

We offer paid 40-hour RBT certification training, flexible part-time schedules, same-day pay, and a supportive clinical team focused on evidence-based interventions.

No experience? No problem — training is provided, with a 6-month commitment and access to BCBA schooling partnerships for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
