Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients’ homes or community locations. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, collaborating with the clinical team.

No prior experience is required and paid training is provided. You’ll record session data, support families, and help maintain a structured, supportive learning environment for kids and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate toward children with autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities
