Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering as a baseline.
• Experience in mechanical or propulsion systems testing/operations.
• Leadership and mentoring of operators on projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test mechanical systems for Electron and Neutron launch vehicles.
• Oversee configuration and checkout of launch vehicle systems.
• Lead and manage testing projects, including static and integrated stage hot fire testing.
• Mentor and train operators in propulsion and mechanical systems.
• Develop CONOPS and HMIs for vehicle hardware.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and resolve test issues.
• Author and review operations procedures.
