Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Summer Intern to join our Launch Strategy Team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the evolution of product launch planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role offers exposure to project management, operations, and product marketing, helping drive customer-centric launch strategies and operational excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in GTM marketing, program and project management, or marketing strategy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and tracking of product launch plans, deliverables, and milestones.
• Help coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure launch readiness.
• Support process improvement initiatives by researching and recommending new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to launch metrics reporting and benchmarking to assess performance and impact.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders from Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Prepare communications and status updates for various internal audiences.
• Help document and maintain launch processes, templates, and lessons learned.

The pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$20 - $25 USD
