Job summary

Belden Inc. invites graduates to join Launch, a three-year early career program designed to rotate through finance roles across major company segments. You will work on high-impact projects and gain expertise in accounting, treasury, and corporate finance while building professional skills.

The Finance Track offers diverse rotations at multiple U.S. locations, including Carmel, IN, with access to mentorship and leadership guidance to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance completed within the past two years or graduation by June 2027.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and analytical tools, financial modeling, variance analysis, and data-driven research with real business output.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and authorization to work in the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Join a three-year Launch program with cross-functional rotations.
• Work across locations including Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL.
• Obtain exposure to cost accounting, treasury, finance analysis and corporate finance roles.

Launch Program – Finance Track

Finance at Belden is a true business partner, embedded within each major segment of the company and also providing centers of expertise. The Finance track of Launch offers potential rotations such as Cost Accountant, Treasury Analyst, Finance Specialist, and Corporate Finance Analyst with opportunities to work in multiple locations including but not limited to Carmel, IN; Richmond, IN; St. Louis, MO; Chicago, IL.

Successful Finance candidates of Launch will offer:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027
• Related internship or project work with hands‑on experience in Excel and analytical tools, financial modeling, varianace analysis, and/or data-driven research with real business output
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $74,000-84,000 and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
