Stellar Solutions seeks a highly talented Launch Operations Integrator to serve as the central integration lead for United States Space Force mission partners throughout the launch acquisition and operations lifecycle. This role ensures mission requirements, schedules, risks, readiness activities and stakeholder communications remain aligned across government teams, launch and space vehicle industry teams, engineering organizations, and mission partners. The successful candidate will bring strong integration leadership, technical understanding, and disciplined project management to support successful mission outcomes.
The Launch Operations Integrator will manage mission partner integration from initial onboarding through launch and early-orbit support. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for mission partners, coordinate across technical and program teams, and ensure requirements, agreements, schedules, risks, and readiness activities are effectively managed. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate within a complex launch acquisition and operations environment.
This position is full-time and on site in the vicinity of Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida.
Deliverables could be in the format of a report, software file, briefing, spreadsheet, or other document as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. The nature of this work will, at times, require quick responses to stringent deadlines and always in a high quality, professional manner.
