Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaborative practice skills
• Interest in helping establish and grow a new women’s health practice
• Desire to build long-term patient relationships within the community

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a new outpatient OB/GYN practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care with a focus on quality and safety.
• Help shape clinical workflows and patient experience within the new practice.
• Offer flexible participation in practice call coverage, if desired.
• Collaborate with BayCare’s multidisciplinary team to deliver high-value care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the community.
