Qualifications

• PhD or Masters with bachelor’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework.
• In lieu of a PhD, 2–5 years of relevant post-study experience will be considered.
• Strong motivation and initiative required.
• Fluency in English and client-first mentality required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving skills to develop client solutions.
• Conduct market or desk research to derive insights for client decisions.
• Design analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS software.
• Synthesize results and present to clients and teams.
• Develop client relationships and serve as key contact on projects.
• Support management of program plans and update clients on status; mitigate risks.
• Mentor Associates on projects and teams.
