Job summary

Léal hospitality group in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a friendly FOH Team Member to join our part-time team. You will support front-of-house operations, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment while delivering attentive service.

The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and strong communication; prior restaurant experience encouraged; must be 18+, California Food Handler and RBS certificates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• California Food Handler Certificate and RBS Training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately in a friendly manner.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by accurately recording guests' choices; identifying guests' special dietary needs and requests.
• Serve orders by picking up from the bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front-of-house areas and ensure safe environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and other side tasks as required.
