Job summary

A Quality Facility Services in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a dependable Supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee team performance in a hands-on leadership role. You’ll ensure quality standards, train staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with the Account Manager to grow service offerings.

Excellent communication, organization, and a willingness to adapt to different roles are essential; experience in janitorial or facility services is preferred but not required, with room for career

• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and place supply orders.
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and more.

Pay: $21–$24 per hour, based on experience
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
