Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028.
• Must be able to start full-time employment January 2028 through August 2028.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale at a 4-year college or university.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Support Account Analysts and client servicing teams across investment strategies.
• Gain exposure to economic and market analysis, portfolio structures, and performance attribution.
• Assist with client reporting and data analysis using AI-enabled tools.
• Build cross-team relationships and develop foundational skills for a future career.
