Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate visits.
  • Prepare interview schedules, attorney briefing documents, and materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, attorneys, and search firms.
  • Collect, track, and compile interview feedback confidentially.
  • Monitor candidate submissions and maintain ATS records.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and interview-day logistics.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating candidate interviews, preparing recruiting materials, maintaining recruiting databases and reporting, facilitating candidate travel and logistics, and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environmentEssential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and candidate visits for lateral associate, counsel, and partner candidates; work with Conference Services and other departments to manage logisticsPrepare interview schedules, candidate materials, attorney briefing documents, and related recruiting correspondenceServe as a point of contact for candidates, attorneys, and search firms throughout the interview processCollect, track, and compile attorney interview feedback in a timely and confidential mannerMonitor and track candidate submissions received from search firms and referralsMaintain accurate records of candidate information and activity within the applicant tracking systemMaintain recruiting files and records, including agency fee agreements and invoices, correspondence, and candidate materialsCoordinate candidate travel as neededGreet candidates and facilitate interview-day logistics to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experienceAssist with the preparation and distribution of candidate communication, onboarding materials, and new hire documentationGenerate recruiting reports and assist with tracking pipeline activity.Support lateral recruiting event planning initiativesAssist with legal recruiting team projects, process improvements, and department initiativesHandle sensitive and confidential candidate and recruiting information with discretionContribute to special projects and perform other related duties as assignedMust be flexible to adjust hours to meet departmental needsEducationRequiredBachelor’s degree requiredSkills and ExperienceRequiredAbility to develop and maintain favorable relationships with attorneys and staff in order to develop successful interview schedules and communicate relevant information related to the interview processMust have a professional demeanor and possess excellent organizational and administrative abilitiesAbility to effectively present information verbally and in writingFamiliarity with MS OutlookStrong attention to detailTeam-oriented approach to collaborate with members from various departments across the FirmDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, balance competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environmentClient-focused with a personable and outgoing demeanorPreferredProficiency in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced knowledge preferredSalary InformationNY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 at the time of posting.The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
