We seek an experienced attorney with a portable client base to lead matters across practice areas and expand the firm’s client relationships. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Responsibilities

• Bring and grow an established, portable book of business.
• Lead legal matters independently within your area of expertise.
• Represent clients in healthcare law, corporate transactions, M&A, construction, estate planning, employment, IP, cybersecurity and data privacy, or real estate law.
• Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters, transactions, negotiations, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for client development, cross-referrals, and practice expansion.
• Leverage administrative resources and technology to focus on serving clients and growing practice.

Potential annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000+, depending on your portable book of business, revenue generation, and individually negotiated compensation structure.

Note

Candidates must have an active Georgia Bar license in good standing, 6+ years of legal experience in at least one of our target practice areas, and an established, portable book of business. • Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters, transactions, negotiations, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for client development, cross-referrals, and practice expansion.
• Leverage our administrative resources, advanced legal technology, and operational support to focus on serving clients and growing your practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 6+ years of practicing law in at least one of our target practice areas.
• Established portable book of business with client relationships that can realistically transition to a new firm.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing client matters and relationships.
• Strong business development, client origination, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent legal judgment, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a long-term legal practice.
• Previous partner, senior counsel, or practice leadership experience is a plus.
