Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Ability to safely lift Bankers’ boxes of documents from floor level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as paralegal on insured litigation and claims.
• Conduct internal searches and coordinate with records managers.
• Work with law firms to research claims.
• Track, organize, and file documents using various software systems.
• Input and track payment of law firm and vendor invoices.
• Maintain litigation and claims databases and prepare reports.
• Accept, track, and distribute legal documents.
