Robinhood Ventures is seeking an Investment Intern in Menlo Park to research, evaluate, and support late‑stage investments. You will identify markets, map key companies, and join the deal team on diligence like financial modeling and competitive analysis.

You will collaborate across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to help build experiences in the Robinhood app that differentiate Robinhood Ventures for both retail investors and portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently in lean, high-output environments, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in emerging technologies and the private companies driving them, with opinions on key trends and companies.
• An existing network in the startup ecosystem, or the drive to build one, that can helpRobinhood Ventures identify and connect with promising companies.
• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth company, with fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research; late-stage investing or venture capital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and support investments across the Robinhood Ventures platform, focusing on late-stage investments.
• Research markets and sectors that warrant attention, and identify key companies Robinhood Ventures should meet.
• Be a key part of the deal team for investments, owning core diligence workstreams like financial modeling, competitive analysis, and shaping investment theses.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and others to build experiences in the Robinhood app to differentiate Robinhood Ventures.
