Job summary

Culver’s of Champaign Neil Street is hiring for a shift crew member. You will provide friendly guest service, prepare quality products, and maintain food safety and presentation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include teamwork, reliability, following safety standards, and performing shifts on time with a neat appearance. This position offers part-time hours with the opportunity to grow within Culver’s brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Consistently provides friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality. Handles guest comments promptly and courteously with the ability to empathize, sympathize and educate.

2. Prepares quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times.

3. Committed to teamwork demonstrating integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, team members and managers. Displays a can-do attitude that makes the difference between a great shift and an okay shift.

4. Follows company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of other team members and guests.

5. Reports to each shift in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform. Maintains a neat, well groomed appearance including personal hygiene, hair restraint and jewelry restrictions.

6. Reports to each shift on time. Is considered by peers as reliable and dependable.

7. Follows established restaurant practices and procedures.8. Performs primary and secondary position responsibilities timely and accurately.
