McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member in a fast-paced environment that values learning and growth. Part-time or full-time shifts are available, including mornings, lunches, late nights, weekends, with training through Archways to Opportunity.

We welcome applicants aged 16 or older who bring an outstanding attitude and willingness to grow while delivering great customer experiences and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team.
• Available for part-time or full-time shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
