Job summary

Wendy's in Lakewood, WA is seeking outgoing and energetic Crew Members to greet guests with a smile and help deliver great tasting products in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

As a Crew Member, you’ll learn on the job, multi-task, and work well in a team. The franchise emphasizes flexible hours, access to on-demand pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401k with company match, and opportunities for career progression. Earn $1+ more per hour for late night shifts.
