Qualifications

• Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 3 years of experience as a bartender.
• Ability to work late-night shifts, potentially 12 AM–4 AM.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Alcohol Awareness Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously and guide them through beverage and food ordering.
• Prepare drink orders according to recipes or special requests and ensure accuracy.
• Deliver beverages and food, maintain engagement, and uphold presentation standards.
• Operate POS for take-out orders and close guest experiences with payment.
• Comply with liquor laws and safety procedures; assist in other departments as needed.
