Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• Availability for consistent late afternoon and early evening shifts.
• Compassion, patience, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Strong communication and ability to follow care plans accurately.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shifts.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure home safety.
• Prepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and dishes.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
• Communicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family as needed.
