Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Transactions Consultant to support technical due diligence engagements across renewable and traditional energy assets, transmission, water and data centers. The role requires 4+ years in a consulting environment and may involve travel; Spanish language proficiency is preferred for LATAM work.

The position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the Infrastructure Advisory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in engineering, environment, finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels.
• Contribute to multiple projects at any given time and manage client expectations.
• Translate analyses into written reports and client presentations.
• Develop and defend conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Support due diligence engagements across assets including energy, transmission, water, and data centers.
