Job summary

Crossroads Delivery LLC, an Amazon DSP in Elkhart, IN, is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver to deliver packages to Amazon customers from the DII5 warehouse. You will start and end your day at the warehouse, with all equipment provided and a focus on safe, timely deliveries.

You’ll enjoy 22–23 USD per hour, weekly pay, bonuses for performance and safety, paid training, benefits, PTO, and a supportive team environment while navigating 35–40 hours on 4 shifts each week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have English speaking, reading, writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Get in and out of a cargo van 150-200+ times throughout the day at various locations.
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Keep pace in physically demanding job.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various routes delivering packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle.
• Follow all local and state laws, road regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events.
• Use smart phone device routing and customer information.
