Job summary

Dss Trans Corporation is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing team. You would transport and deliver goods to customers efficiently and professionally, with emphasis on timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

Candidates must have a valid drivers license, be at least 21, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 150 lbs with equipment. DOT physical and background checks are required; Monday–Friday day shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record (No CDL required)
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and up to 150lbs with delivery equipment.
• Must pass a DOT physical, background check and drug screening (including THC)
• Availability Monday to Friday day shift and rotating weekends.
• Must be able to commute to Buffalo, NY 14219

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and company policy.
• Perform routine safety pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload packages using a handtruck or by hand as needed.
• Verify delivery contents and obtain required signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain courteous communication with customers during deliveries
