Job summary

Amazing Lash Studio in California is seeking an Eyelash Technician Trainer / Lash Technician Trainer to lead and mentor our esthetician and cosmetologist team. Licensed or certified lash and brow specialists will train peers, improve service quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced studio.

The role offers opportunities to teach, mentor, and drive studio objectives, with a competitive compensation plan of $35,000–$85,000 per year plus a bonus program and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within the beauty industry.
• Ability to mentor and train staff in lash/brow services.
• Proven track record of improving service quality.

Here’s what we’re looking for in

• Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in California
• Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
• Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers.
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests.
• Experience with facilitating formal technical lash and brow service training in accordance with a training curriculum and certifying successful completion of training programs.
• Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training.
• Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions.
• Experience in leading organizational culture - embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.
